Void

suddenly i feel so void,
like everything has left me,
the feelings that i had tried to avoid,
now ceased to at all bother me.

suddenly it feels so dark and grey,
all else around me succumbed away,
and i have nothing no more left to say,
as i let the darkness fill the void.

suddenly i hear the world so silent,
exactly like my soul-drowned in the void,
and as if that was not enough emptiness,
even tears refuse to infuse this void.
